Video games or computer are sports that take place on a computer that involves interaction with a user interface or input device – such as a joystick, controller, keyboard, or motion-sensing device – to generate visual feedback. The types of video games range from interactive TV shows and interactive movies or digital board games and card games. They may be rough simulations of everyday life including, probably, whatever you do for a living.
In a way, playing video games fulfills a purpose in their lives and could be used as a coping method or stress management. This could include gaming for relaxation, enjoyment, opportunities to exert control, creativity, socialization, prevent boredom, challenge, and achievement.

The effects of video games are accuracy, problem-solving and logic, hand-eye coordination, spatial skills and fine motor coordination, speedy analysis and decision making, logistics, resource management and planning, math and reading skills, and cooperation and teamwork with multiplayer games.
Video games are good for your brain because they may improve basic visual processes and become better at contrast perception. Researchers say that video games can train the brain to process the existing visual information more effectively, and the improvements last for months after playing is stopped.
